Fabric cut to order cannot be returned, except for defective or damaged fabric. No returns on orders shipped more then 15 days prior. Return shipping is at the customers expense, but we will gladly cover any replacement shipping.

When an order exceeds the current stock, every effort will be made to inform customers of the delay, order new stock from the supplier, and maintain the price quoted to customer at the time of purchase. When ordering more stock from a supplier to fill an order, cost increases sometimes occur within a particular fabric line. This increase will be reflected in the final cost to the customer, as the stock we must purchase exceeds that purchased by the customer. We thank you for your patience and understanding in cases of insufficient stock!
Shipping charges for your order are shown when items are added to basket. We do not guarantee that the items listed will be in our current stock. Orders of out of stock fabric will still be processed, and an email with details and an estimated delivery date will be sent. Typically orders for multiple items will be sent as a single shipment, including orders that are waiting on one or more out of stock items. Orders can be split up by request at the buyer's expense, otherwise orders will be split by our own discretion.
Any time a fabric is out of stock and needs to be reordered from our supplier, there is a small chance of a price increase. This increase will be reflected in the purchase price of the re-stocked product. Customers will be notified prior to shipping that a price increase has occurred, and processing of the order will not continue without approval from the customer.
